So I did it....I signed up to complete Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation. I had been thinking for a while that I should do it but lifestyle at the time just wasn't right but now I feel the time is right. I had also been thinking for a while that I should start a blog, and while watching +Marleisa Connors start hers and enjoying her journey I decided to combine the 2!
Michelle suggests a blog for her participants as a way of 'saying things out loud' I guess and I look forward to sharing my journey with you (whoever you may be!)
